Prescott Environmental performs the soil site investigation, system design, permitting, system installation inspection, and requests permit discharge authorization of conventional and alternative septic systems as outlined in AAC18-9 - Article 3, Part E. Design duration for Prescott Environment is at first in-first out basis and is variable due to the demand of current projects. We strive to make system designs ready-to-apply in 2 weeks or less for conventional systems and 4 weeks or less for alternative systems depending on project load. Project design time frames may take longer due to needing more info information, testing, reporting or documentation. Permit review times greatly vary due to the current project load at the county development departments. Review time may take much longer than anticipated due to review agencies requiring more info information, testing, reporting or documentation. Prescott Environmental performs the construction installation inspections of the systems we design. Prescott Environmental will only perform the inspections of systems if they are installed by licensed septic installers with experience in installing the type of system designed on the approved permit. *Parcel owner contact information is used for the applications submitted to the county and allows the contractor and property owner access to the permits, ability to upload documents, and request inspections. This information is required information from the county to submit applications. Prescott Environmental’s preferred method of communication is via email. When sending us emails about your project, please include the parcel number in the email subject line. Customer Questionnaires returned to Prescott Environmental not signed by the legal representative will not have projects submitted for permits until signed. I certify that all information provided, not limited to this form, is known to be accurate and true. Prescott Environment is not responsible for project/permit delay, project changes and extra expenses due to inaccurate/incorrect/changed information.
